01Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time.
02A booking may be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before your chosen entry time. No reason is needed. The full terms are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
03Hagia Sophia is closed to visitors on Fridays between 12:30 and 14:30.
04This ticket admits you to the second-floor visitor area. Entry to the ground floor and the prayer area is not included.
05The audio-guide app is included; earphones are not, so bring your own.
06Modest clothing is required: shoulders and knees covered, and hair covered for women.
07Skipping the ticket line does not skip the security check, which can take up to 30 minutes.
08Your ticket is handed to you at a meeting point very close to the museum; the audio-guide link is emailed on the day of your visit.
09Children may be asked for a passport or ID to confirm their age.
10Restoration is ongoing, so some areas may be closed without notice.
