The main nave and lower galleries are fully accessible via seamless stone ramps installed during the recent preservation efforts. However, upper gallery access requires navigating historic uneven stone steps and is currently inaccessible for wheelchair users.

General admission enters through the Southwestern Vestibule. Groups and VIP ticket holders should proceed directly to the Imperial Gate entrance to the north of the main plaza.
